Refund policy

Withdrawal within 14 days

You have the right to return all products that you purchased in the www.skinija.lt electronic store by notifying us as provided below within 14 days of receiving them.

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, of merchantable quality, with original labels intact.

Items purchased in our online store cannot be returned to our concept stores.

We do not cover shipping (return) costs and do not take responsibility for items lost during the return shipping.

All of our refunds will be processed back to the payment method used when placing your order. Your return will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods.

If you exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

In cases where we do not have goods suitable for replacement, we will refund the amount paid.

If you wish to withdraw and return the goods, please contact us by email info@skinija.lt within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, enclosing proof of purchase. You can fill in a withdrawal form template here and send it to us by e-mail info@skinija.lt.

Having notified us of withdrawal, please send the returned goods at the address indicated below.

If you have received a defective item

If you have received a defective item, please notify us by email at info@skinija.lt within two months. When reporting the issue, please provide a detailed description of where and when the defect occurred, attach photos of the product and the defect, and include any other relevant information that will help identify the defect. You can use the sample form for defective goods provided here.
