Payment terms

You can pay for the Goods in the Store by payment card or via online banking. All available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

When do you have to pay?

Payment must be made immediately after placing the order. The Seller starts processing the order only after receiving confirmation from the payment service provider that payment for the Goods has been received.

Prices

All prices in the Store and on the order are in euros and inclusive of value added tax (VAT). The delivery charge is not included in the price of the Goods (unless otherwise specified by the Store) and is set out on the Delivery page.

Invoices

The invoice for the purchased Goods is provided with the parcel or sent to you by email.

Payment security

Payments are processed in the systems of the payment service providers. The Seller does not receive or store your payment card or online banking login details.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used to pay for the Goods. For more details, see the Terms & Conditions.
