1. General provisions
1.1 These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for the goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of the goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others provisions related to the purchase of goods in the online store www.skinija.lt.
1.2 The services provided by the www.skinija.lt online store are intended for persons over 16 years old.
1.3 By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.4 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the electronic store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks the "Buy" button.
2. Personal data protection
2.1 When ordering goods in the online store www.skinija.lt, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.
2.2 The buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
2.3 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order fulfilment. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer would be used for sending informational messages necessary for proceding the order.
2.4 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself expresses his consent to this by subscribing to the newsletter.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when it is necessary to fulfill the order and when it is required by the competent State institution in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
3. Buyer's rights and liabilities
3.1 The buyer undertakes to pay the seller the amount for the ordered goods in www.skinija.lt generated basket and to accept them.
3.2 The buyer should provide complete, detailed and correct information in the settlement form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, www.skinija.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.3 The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the Buyer's information data provided in the purchase form changes.
3.4 The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set out in the Rules for Returning Goods.
3.5 By placing an order in the online store www.skinija.lt, the buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and legal acts established by the Republic of Lithuania as well.
4. Seller's rights and obligations
4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the e-shop www.skinija.lt.
4.2 If the Seller is unable to fulfil the order (due to a lack of stock of the product, due to a possible error in the indication of the price of the product in the online shop www.skinija.lt), the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer by telephone or e-mail that the order cannot be fulfilled. The Seller shall refund the Buyer the money paid for the product immediately, but within a maximum of 5 working days.
4.3 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the e-shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the e-shop immediately and without notice.
4.4 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with regard to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as indicated in the purchase form, and not to disclose it to third parties.
4.5 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer in the manner chosen by the Buyer.
4.6 The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the online shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.7 The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
4.8 If the Buyer uses the services provided by www.skinija.lt after the change of these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the change of the Terms and Conditions.
5. Ordering, prices, payment procedure, terms
5.1 The Buyer may make online purchases in the Online Shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2 Orders are only accepted via the online shop www.skinija.lt.
5.3 All prices of goods in the online shop are quoted in euros, including VAT.
5.4 The preparation of the parcel will only start after payment for the goods has been received.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1 The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
6.2 The Buyer undertakes to collect/accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to collect the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Seller in respect of the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3 The delivery time shall not exceed 5 (five) working days after confirmation of payment.
6.4 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.5 The Buyer shall immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in damaged packaging, if the consignment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of goods, or if the consignment is not complete.
6.6 The Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged parcel and/or item(s) by email to e-shop@skinija.lt.
7. Quality of Goods, Warranties
7.1 All particulars of the goods sold in the online shop www.skinija.lt shall be set out in the description of the goods attached to each item.
7.2 The colour of the Goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
8. Marketing and information
8.1 The Seller may organise various promotions and offers in the online shop www.skinija.lt.
8.2 The Seller is entitled to unilaterally, without prior notice, change the terms and conditions of promotions, as well as to cancel them. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of promotions shall be effective from the moment of modification or cancellation.
8.3 The Seller shall send notices to the Buyer to the email address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
8.4 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the contact details specified in the "Contact" section of the Seller's e-shop.
8.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the Internet connection, in the networks of the e-mail service providers, if messages are sent to the SPAM directory, or due to the Buyer's incorrectly provided data.
8.6 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions set out in Clause 2.4 of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Final provisions
9.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the performance of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
